This therapeutic oasis is tucked away in the upper courtyard of the Aikahi Shopping Center in Kailua, Hawaii.

With over 10 years of experience and owning this private practice I enjoy gaining knowledge and experience with various chiropractors and body work professionals. I specialize in creating and blending my own modalities using leverage and leaning techniques similar to Thai, Lomi, and Swedish as well as my own Hot-Stone/ “Active-Technique” Tool-assisted massage: (Instead of being used for static placement, the stones are used as tools to apply firm, focused pressure to specific muscle groups to release tension. This isn't just a relaxation treatment; I use the stones dynamically to heat and knead the deeper tissues.)

My other training includes : Chinese long life, Lymphatic drainage, Intestinal massage, Sports massage, and Trigger-Point therapy to provide a personalized massage experience that caters to your individual needs. I always do my best to listen and tailor my skills and modalities to your bodies needs and believe in offering high-quality services especially for present concerns, past injuries, and future goals.
